Founded in 1997, Pinnacle Design/Build Group, Inc. is an innovative design-builder specializing in the engineering and construction of an array of structures and systems used in the civil market. Pinnacle Design/Build Group, Inc. fully integrates safety into our construction programs. For our customers, it means that a comprehensive risk assessment and coordinated safety action plan are in place before and during the construction process. For our employees and other trade workers, it means that potential safety and health exposures have been identified and subsequently reduced to provide a workplace free of predictable hazards.
Our program includes a comprehensive written safety manual, new employee and ongoing safety training, development and implantation of site specific safety plans, daily “toolbox safety talks” and a drug-free workplace program. At Pinnacle Design/Build, safety is first, last and always. In addition to our internal safety requirements and programs, Pinnacle Design/Build has also obtained certifications with ISNet, Veriforce, and PEC Safety.
OUR QUALITY
At Pinnacle Design/Build, Our commitment to quality sets the industry standard. We strive to ensure that every phase of a project is completed to the highest quality standards – from the customer’s experience with our company and people to delivery of the finished construction project.
Our quality program includes a documented Quality Control Program dictating means and methods, inspections, standards, corrective actions, reporting requirements and document control. In addition, our Superintendents develop and implement project-specific quality control plans and hold daily quality talks with our crews and subcontractors.
In most cases, our quality requirements exceed industry standards. This commitment to quality is one of the primary reasons that most of our projects are with repeat customers.
