CHALLENGE
The Atlanta BeltLine is a sustainable redevelopment project that will connect 45 intown Atlanta neighborhoods through a 22 mile loop of multi-use trails, modern streetcar line, and parks base on railroad corridors that formerly encircled the Atlanta. The BeltLine project was completed in phases, and this phase required a multipurpose bridge to support a pedestrian trail and existing rail line.

SOLUTION
Pinnacle Design/Build constructed an MSE Panel retaining wall using Tensar’s Ares® Panels to create the bridge abutments for the multipurpose bridge along the Southside Trail.

Pinnacle Design/Build had the necessary skills and expertise to complete the retaining wall construction for the urban redevelopment project.
