CHALLENGE
The owner of this Municipal Solid Waste facility required a retaining wall solution for the veritcal waste expansion of the site.

SOLUTION
This particular MSE Berm was the fourth buildout completed by Pinnacle Design/Build at this landfill facility. The Berm structures were utilized around the perimeter of the landfill site as part of the vertical expansion to create additional air space needed to maximize the waste capacity of the site.

VALUE
As this was Pinnacle Design/Build’s fourth buildout at this site, our construction crews were able to seamlessly connect each phase of the vertical waste expansion while also utilizing a green facing that blended into the surrounding vegetation.
