CHALLENGE
The collegiate developer needed new retaining walls to support a student housing commu- nity near a local university. Pinnacle Design/Build was responsible for designing and con- structing various retaining walls for different areas of the development. The development also needed a prefabricated pedestrian bridge for students to access different parts of the community.

SOLUTION
Pinnacle Design/Build’s experienced construction crews and management team worked with the developer to construct a total of 9,114 square feet of MSE Segmental Retaining Walls to support the Collegiate Housing development and bridge abutments. Pinnacle Design/Build was also responsible for the installation of the pedestrian bridge.

VALUE
Pinnacle Design/Build’s construction crew and design team provided the skills necessary to take on the challenges presented at the site. The construction team provided walls that were both functional as well as aesthetically pleasing.
