CHALLENGE
The developer of this multi-family project was faced with the challenge to construct an entrance road across an existing stream.

SOLUTION
To minimize the environmental impact on the local stream, a series of back to back MSE Segmental Block retaining walls were constructed to support the fills for the new entrance road.

VALUE
Pinnacle Design/Build’s engineered retaining walls provided a roadway with a narrow footprint that minimized the environments impact while maximizing the aesthetic appeal.
