CHALLENGE
MarkWest Energy Partners needed a new compressor station built along its existing pipelines. The area where the compressor station was to be built was home to unstable slopes that required erosion control and stability solutions.

SOLUTION
Pinnacle Design/Build installed rock nails with Maccaferri Rock Fall protection netting. The rock nails along with the rock fall protection netting will protect the station from unstable rock from the excavation.

VALUE
Pinnacle Design/Build had the necessary skills and expertise to install the rock nails and rock fall protection systems, and completed the project in October of 2017.
