CHALLENGE
The developer of this senior living community needed retaining walls to support a roadway lake crossing into the development’s common area. Aesthetics were of particular concern as this crossing was to form the center-piece of the community.

SOLUTION
Pinnacle Design/Build engineered and constructed back-to-back MSE Segmental Block Retaining Walls at the ends of the bridge culvert with multicolored tumbled retaining wall facing elements that incorporated decorative exterior columns.
