CHALLENGE
The hotel developer needed to construct a new hotel near the Nashville, TN airport. The hotel was to be constructed on a sloping site that required retaining wall systems to accommodate the grade changes accross the project site.

SOLUTION
Pinnacle Design/Build designed and constructed three MSE segmental block, a retaining wall, and a cast in place retaining wall system to achieve grade separation for site development and storm water management.

Pinnacle Design/Build provided the necessary expertise to install the different retaining walls on the site providing a cost savings to the developer.
