CHALLENGE
The developer needed a new retaining wall structure to support a new retail center. The new development needed to support a grocery store chain as well as 4,800 square feet of separate, additional retail space. The development backs up to a residential area, making construction a challenging operation.

SOLUTION
Pinnacle Design/Build’s experienced construction crews and management team worked with the developer to construct a 24 foot tall, 11,000 square foot MSE Segmental Retaining Wall and a Tied Back Soldier Pile with Lagging Retaining Wall to support the development.
