CHALLENGE
A major retailer required a new retaining wall system to replace a failed existing retaining wall system at one of their distribution centers. The new wall system needed to be constructed around the existing wall system, on an existing site with underground and overhead utilities. The existing failed timber wall would then need to be completely removed once the new system was in place.

SOLUTION
Pinnacle Design/Build constructed a 3 tiered Soldier Beam with Pre-Cast Lagging retaining wall to replace the failed timber wall on the site.
