CHALLENGE
A residential developer in the Cincinnati area was developing a new single family home community located on Walworth Avenue in the East End of Cincinnati. The development was set to house 39 single family homes and required a retaining wall solution to provide grade separation for the development.

SOLUTION
The initial grade separation was achieved using a Soldier Pile retaining wall system installed by Richard Goettle, Inc. of Cincinnati, OH. Pinnacle Design/Build designed a structural steel connection to secure the MSE Segmental block veneer, then constructed the veneer for the final retaining wall product.
